01. SHIPPING FAQ'S
1. How long does delivery usually take?
When you order your product from the Specule website, the product is usually dispatched within 1-2 business days and the delivery to your address depends upon the Area of residence. The maximum may be 7-14 days. You can ask our shipping partners for details regarding shipment and delivery or track your latest order.
2. How do I track my shipment order?
After placing your order, you will receive a notification from our shipping partners containing your tracking details and the expected delivery date of your order.
3. How much does it cost for shipping?
The shipping costs vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Please check your order summary on the website to understand the shipping costs for individual products.
4. Can I modify the shipping address or mobile number of my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, that is not currently possible since the system would have already passed the shipping address and mobile number to our warehouse to pack and ship your order. But in that situation, you can always cancel an order and place a new order again. If not able to cancel the order, it will automatically revert to us if not received by you.
5. What happens if my payment is declined?
If your payment is unsuccessful for any reason, you’ll see a denial notification displayed on the final checkout page. We suggest that you return to the checkout page to make sure all the details you entered are correct before trying to re-submit your order. You’ll be able to update your payment options with a different method if necessary.If the declined message continues to pop up, call our Customer Helpline team on 9811047535 or email support@specule.in.
6. Your website says that the product I want to purchase is out of stock. What do I do? How will I know when it is back in stock?
Thank you for your interest in our products and we apologize for this inconvenience. You can contact our customer care team to see when the product will be back in stock and they can even suggest another product in the meantime.
02. REFUND FAQ'S
7. What can I return?
You may request returns for all products you buy from the Specule website. However, you are eligible to return the product within 7 days from the delivery date without any questions asked and the reasons stated.
8. How long will the refund take post-cancellation?
Once you request the cancellation of your product, it will take a maximum of 7–10 business days for the respective bank to process the refund.
9. How do I return a purchase?
After receiving your order, you can request a refund from the Specule website. You just need to click on the “Return” button and the return will be initiated. The item is eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if the product is not damaged, defective and different from the original one.
10. Can I return my order if my area is not serviceable for return?
Once the product is delivered to you, there are many different ways to return it. If you are unable to do so, please contact us at support@specule.in. Our team will get back to you within 7–10 business days.
03. CANCELLATIONS FAQ'S
11. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order until we start processing it (within 24-48 hours). When your order is in “order confirmed status,” it is eligible for cancellation. Once the order is dispatched, you need to receive and return the order.
12. Do I get a complete refund on the cancelled orders?
Yes, we will refund the entire amount for a cancelled order. In case the order isn’t dispatched form our warehouse.
13. How do I cancel my order before delivery?
Cancelling an order on the sPECULEwebsite is quite easy. You just need to log into your account and check the order listed. Then, click “cancel” and enter a reason for the cancellation.

14. What are the different modes of payment at Specule?
We offer four main types of payment; credit/debit cards, UPI, Net banking, Cash on delivery (on eligible products).
15. Do I need to pay any hidden costs like sales tax?
No, all of the prices listed on the website include all applicable taxes.
16. How can I get my cash on delivery refund in my bank account?
Once you have returned the product, our team will contact you for your banking account details. After getting all the information, the refund will be credited to your account within 7–10 working days.
